Six signs that mean it’s time to repair your soffit and fascia

3. Bending

A few factors can cause a visibly bent soffit or fascia. Erosion from water and the sun are the usual culprits. If you spot any sort of bending, it’s time to call for backup.

4. Gutter damage

Assess your rain gutters by checking for any leaks. If they appear weathered, cracked, or damaged, in most cases, it will trace back to your soffit and fascia’s overall performance and require repair.

5. Flaky paint
